Whether you need custom profile extrusions, custom tubing extrusion, filament extrusion, or wire or cable jacketing / insulation, we are your plastic provider. We specialize in flexible tubings made of vinyl, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, etc; as well as custom shapes made of just about any thermoplastic material. All of our plastic extrusions are made to your expectations, no matter how unique or extravagant that may be.
We do PVC custom extrusions, rapid prototyping and tooling development, in-line extrusion fabrication, customized rigid or cellular foam PVC formulations. Nicosin also offers in-line and post extrusion fabrication such as: coloring, cutting, printing, stamping, drilling/milling.
We work with you and your customer to provide the best relationship possible. Whatever your needs, we will help you find the most efficient and economical way to produce your part.
Our Quoting Process
Your company has the option to send us a CAD file or sketch with a profile print of your proposed part or we will work directly with you to help with a design. We then quote a set-up fee including die design and fabrication, and trial part runs. While this is all taking place we are constantly in touch with you for ideas and additional information. You and your company are always our first priority, and when we take a job for you; we guarantee satisfaction.

Pallet Corner Protectors
Plastic corner protectors are a great replacement for fiber corners. They allow for extra flexibility when needed without sacrificing your shipment’s protection. Our corners are ideal in harsh environments where fiber corners would only last minutes, ours will last years. We have customers using our corners in a variety of applications including; chemical processing, wood/paper processing, multiple industries requiring outdoor storage, and many more.

Nicosin Extrusion offers exceptional quality and short lead times for custom and stock T-molding. Our molding may be produced with most any thermoplastic; rigid, or flexible. Plastic Filaments
We offer a variety of bulk plastic filaments for industries such as 3D printing, plastic welding, brush and broom fibers, and many more. We even produce filaments that are used in synthetic thatch roofing applications and last 20+ years in harsh environments. Our filaments can be made from most any thermoplastic and custom colored with minimums much lower than our competitors. We also offer foaming as a low cost option for large diameter filaments such as fillers (i.e. welting cord, screen spline).

Our tubing and pipe is custom made to your specifications from most any thermoplastic material. We have the ability to coil or cut to length and virtually any color or color combination is possible. Any diameter is available to be made from as small as .125” up to 4.00” in any wall thickness you specify. Extruded tubing and pipe is one of the most widely used products that are made from the extrusion process. Every one of us uses and comes in contact with it every day of our lives.
