If there’s a custom tube, pipe or any other type of unique profile needing to be produced through an extrusion process, Nicosin makes it possible. Our capabilities also enable us to perform co-extrusion, which joins two or more materials into one part, resulting in a more versatile and affordable solution. We may even be able to adapt our equipment to meet the special profile in mind.

Our custom profiles can range from ¼” diameter to 20” wide. Extruded component lengths run all the way up to 60′, which are particularly ideal for semi-trailers and buses.

Profile extrusions can be made to virtually any shape and is a low cost option compared to other processes. We offer secondary processing also which includes cutting, punching, drilling, milling, printing, and packaging.
